I'm thinking about some 17" wheels for use on track days, and so can fit some AP 6 pots on the front. I don't want to go to 18" 'cos of the cost of tyres and I don't want to trash the ride quality.

I'm not bothered about the wheels being the latest fashion accessory, but I want a strong, reasonably lightweight durable wheel that won't distort on hard cornering.

I'm looking at the scoobysport MiM 17x7 ET45's as a possiblity, but I thought I'd ask you wise people first!

Any suggestions?
