Default New discs and Pads

I need new discs for my 06 Hawkeye STI what do you guys suggest?

I've found the OEM Brembo discs to be fine and I've added Black Diamond FT pads and braided lines and they are all I need.

Occasional track days but loads of motorways and a-roads so nothing fancy.

Yes I would love a pf setup but just too dear for me ..... we're in a recession you know

Need pads as well but may just buy the FTs again as I found them very very good.

I've gone with the uprated Brembos for £270 from Scoobyparts which is pretty good value and should be an improvement over the stock ones. I'm keen to get some bradded hoses on mine so let me know how much of an improvement in feel and stopping power you got from those

I've got DBA 4000 discs with DS2500 pads and HEL braided lines all ready to go on my STi Must fit them soon!
I would suggest you talk to Alyn at AS Performance?

I have this set up on my WRX with Goodridge hoses and DOT 5.1. Fantastic performance. PF pads are also worth a look.
I got mine from RE Motorsport Subaru Dealer, Subura Imports, Subaru Specialist

Yes, I think it was you who recommended RE Motorsport for the discs. That's where I got them - after a small haggle over price! Got the pads from AS Performance and the lines from an on-going offer on the SIDC That little lot cost me £528 (plus some brake fluid) Just fitted new front discs and pads to the wifes Primera - £62.68!
