I would take it easy for the first couple of hundred miles then start to get some heat into them.
From 40mph slow down to around 5-10mph 3 -4 times, allow the brakes to cool and then repeat but at 60mph braking down to 20-30mph. Be careful not to come to a stop or stamp on the brakes. Just gradual smooth braking will do. Allow the brakes to cool and avoid keeping your foot on the brake at junctions/lights.
If you don't have uprated rear pads I would do the above but take it a lot easier on the braking otherwise the rears will overheat and cause fade.
Hope it helps.
