Brembo caliper mounting bolts
...so I managed to get a pair of Brembo front calipers as an upgrade for my classic. Only they didn't
come with the mounting bolts Does anyone know where I can purchase some or will I have to
go to a Subaru dealership? I understand that they are a different thread to the standard 4-pots.
Also - should I use some anti-sieze when fitting them? (lots of threads on t'internet regarding threaded
calipers!) and what is the recommended torque setting? (Should this also be adjusted if using some
anti-sieze?)
edit: I've just managed to lose two of the wire clips that hold the pad pins in place! Any idea where I can get replacements for these too?

Alyn at ASPerformance may be able to help. 0191 4103770. There's nothing special about the bolts IIRC 8.8 strength but higher tensile ones would give peace of mind. Alyn will know thread size, he recommends 75 ft-lb for these. When I bolt up calipers I use medium strength Loctite in lipstick form from Halfords this will protect threads from corrosion and comes apart when required with no trouble.

No reply so far from Alyn. In the mean time does anyone know the size and thread for these bolts? Perhaps I can get some the same spec elsewhere...
