Default Track day slicks - cheap !

Hi guys,

found a place with 40 hard and extra hard compound slicks in stock..... don't worry they mean hard as in not so soft that they would last one hillclimb, sprint, rally stage, whatever....

Ideally to fit a 7" rim, i.e. WRX, but should go onto an STI rim o.k. or even an 8" rim if you have them. These are NOT road legal ! They are slighly taller than road tyres, so will slightly affect the gearing, but they are cheap.

If I said that you could have four delivered for well under £250 would you fancy some ?

I do !

dunx

P.S. State an interest here, and I'll confirm delivery costs on Wednesday.

No annoyance here !

Just surprised there's so little interest. At these prices I'm probably getting 8 for myself.

P.S. Brand new, hard or medium/hard available.

SLicks are great....I really recommend them for track enthusiasts. You will never get anywhere near as quick laps without them. There really is no comparison.

I assume the 190 is width (shame they are not a bit wider), is 650 overall diameter in mm

I have 2 sets of moulded slicks for sale, they are also road legal, I was told....

One set are Pirelli's and other set are Silverstone's

Both are

225/650/18"

£100 each set.

approx 85-90% use left, they have been used for just ONE tarmac rally stage.

edited to say

they are medium compound, rx7.

250 for non road legal slicks is very expesive second hand imo mate, r888's are that price as they are road legal,,, second hand slicks aint worth anything as race cars tend to bin them off before there too worn and dont buy second hand

100 quid tops imo for second hand tyres you can only use on track

As there is no interest it's.....

Mr Tyre Motorsport - Special Offers

dunx

P.S. As a Yorkshireman, I don't regard £100 as cheap for 2nd hand tyres...
