I would strip down the brake, clean it all up and make sure the pads can move freely - copper ease moving parts and squeeze the pistons back in (maybe freeing them up).

Put it all back together, bleed and pump up ... see how you get on.

I've had this before and in every case a good clean and freeing of the pads has cured it.

The impreza 4 pots end up rusting on the inside of the bores in the calipers when the dust seals either rip or come off , and the pistons also rust , the rust build up fill the gap between the piston and calipers making them stick , as you use the car and the brakes get warm , they expand , so makes the gap even smaller , which is why they are freeing off when the cool down.
With this happening , no amount of cleaning will help , they need stripping down to fix.

We do a lot of these calipers , and see more and more each week , we fit stainless steel pistons which will never rust again , we can either recondition your calipers or supply you the parts top do it yourself

Hope this helps
Cheers Ian
