Default Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3

When I bought my 205GTi, it had pretty new Goodyear Eagles all round. The wet grip of these, on this car is absolutely phenominal, but they're a soft compound and the rears (swapped from fronts a while back) will need replacing.

Thing is, Camskill only do 195/45/50 for these at £55 a pop and I need 195/50/15.

What other tyres can compare in the wet with the Eagles? The T1-R's are a good choice, and I've heard good about the Yoko Parada's too. I'm really after a pair of rear tyres for around £60 but with excellent wet grip (and dry obviously).

Any suggestions, or websites please

Won't let me open up the page. Comes up 403 error

I've gone off Yoko's now, as I've read reviews about the poor wet grip and really would like Goodyears.

Wonder if Camskill do actually do them in my size.? Best call 'em and see

Spoke to the guy in the tyres dept. at Camskill. He said Goodyear are fading the GSD3's out for some stupid reason

Recommended the T1-r's again and also the Falken 912's. Did a looksy on here and found a good tyre. Think Camskill do them around £40 each plus delivery. Could be a winner, just more expensive than the alternatives.

I think the GSD3's are being replaced by the F1 assymetrics.
What about the NCT5? Can you get them in your profile?
I have them on my 405SRI and they work well.

Camskill don't stock them in 195/50/15

I am tempted with the Vredesteins after reading several reviews.

leave the pradas, spoke to a few tyre companies when looking for a new set for my p1. I had the egales and thought they were great but went for the t1-r as I had not had them before. I have to say I am very impressed with them and find they are better than the eagles, not had them out in the wet as yet but dry use they are great

I'm quite tempted to pay the little extra for the Vredesteins. Anyone had the Sportrac 3 by any chance?
