Default Brake fluid leak

Hi, I refitted my calipers today after having them refurbished (front and back) but whilst bleeding the rears I experienced break fluid leaking. I got under the car to have a look where it was coming from and it appears to be from above the fuel tank.

Now do you think the line above the tank has burst due to the pressure experienced when pumping the breaks? or or is there something fitted above the tank that might just need tightening up?

If the line has burst has the fuel tank got to be removed for fitting new lines?

Any thoughts appreciated.
