DS2500 Part Number

Can someone please tell me the correct model of DS2500's for the REAR brakes. I've got the standard 2 pot calipers on my hawkeye.

Also wheres the recommended place on here to get them from?

would it be a WRX or STi???

if its WRX then they are FCP1372H and the STi uses the FCP1562H...........
