Default Slick tyre size conversion?

Does anyone know slick tyre sizes in relation to road tyre sizes? (Are there any sort of conversion tables available?)

Im looking at getting some slicks for trackdays and they will either go on my sti rims (currently running 225/45/17) or my wrx rims (on 215/45/17)

Have seen some 20/62/17 (ex clio cup i believe?) and 240/610/17 (ex wtcc) and wondered if either would fit + what would be best?

240 is the tyre width, 610 is the rolling diameter.

So 240 is a bit wide for a 7" rim, but best on an 8" rim (?)

P.S. Confirm the Clio figures ?

The touring cars use a 9" rim.........

The ex clio cup sizes are about the best fit for std size wheels.
