Saw the STi last night, very nice!
Saw the wheels and the **** of huge brembos! wow! big, and the clearance to the wheel is very small.
This got me thinking, as some may know I'm having a problem with my movit calipers not clearing the MY01 wheels, and new wheels are a possible solution, and it is possible the STi wheels might fit, so some questions.
1: Would the STi Type UK wheels fit on a MY94 WRX Wagon?
2: What offset are the STi Type UK wheels?
3: What size tyre would I need for a MY94 WRX Wagon? I know that with the MY01 wheels (what I have on there at the moment) it needs different size tyres to the standard ones to maintain the rolling radius, so I'm guessing the same is true for the STi wheels
4: Anyone willing to lend me an STi Type UK wheel, just one, for a day or so (or come with me) so I can go and get the calipers test fitted and just pop the STi wheel on and see if it clears the movits. I'd at least then know I'd need some STi wheels, which leads into...
5: *IF* needed, where could I get some STi wheels? and how much?
thanks for any answers.
