Question Anti-knock back springs?

Does anyone have any experience with brake caliper Anti-Knock Back Springs?

With a full track day oriented setup, I find that the front wheel bearings are unable to cope with the load. After cornering, I sometimes have to dab the brakes at the straight to regain full braking power before the next corner. After replacing the front bearings all is ok the following 5-6 track days, but then the problem is back.

Do the springs increase pad wear and heat build up significantly? And what about road use?
