Could someone tell me whether the offset of these wheels will fit my 2006 WRX?

surely if the tyre size goes down in relation to the wheels size increase and therefore the rolling radius is the same the handling cannot be affected as the only thing that has changed is the tyre sidewall height and this can only be good as it stiffens up and reduces sidewall flex. i will also assume that the weight will remain the same if the wheels are lightweight.
i am no expert but would like someone to explain this properly as i would like 19's.
BTW i changed from 17's to 19's on my bmw and the handling is better but this is down to junking the awful runflat tyres

oollocks !
Mine is on 19" OZ's with R888's, out grips RE-070's on std STI rims, by a huge margin, even weighs about the same. Only real difference as stated is the sidewalls are stiffer over mid-corner bumps, causing the driver to do some work, for once...
Oh and they aquaplane in standing water, and hate snow !
