Default brakes sticking on
my 1999 uk impreza wagon had it up on the ramp and not all wheels are spining when driving seem the brakes are jamming on until a good bit of throtle is applied anyone?

Take them off and check them out is going to be the only answer.
Depends what wheels you mean. If the rears are stuck, might be the handbrake shoes. Front will be sticky pistons.

My bet would be handbrake shoes this time of year. Mine do it, I tend to leave the h/b off if I can

the car has been regulary driven and its still happening u thinkthey will need to be took off and cleaned it 2 front brakes btw
