Tarox front discs for MY05 Impreza WrX?
Upgraded 272bhp MY05 WrX
Currently has EBC front discs which, after some spirited track use, are showing signs of heat spots and pitting
Using Pagid Blue pads – EBC pads were not that good for trackday use - wore out very quickly
Front pots are standard fit Subaru pots
Eibach springs
Need new discs but do not want the expense of AP Racing discs and calipers (yet).
Anyone have any views of the Tarox G88 discs?

Ive run Tarox G88, had them on our old Cossy. Whats the point of 40 grooves? Its a novel gimmick rather than a functional performance mod.
Id just go for a good old set of 10 groove Brembos or the like. Very high quality, very reliable, very reasonably priced.
Or have you thought about a set of KSport brakes? Going down a storm at the moment and offering very good value for money against the equivilent APO kits.
