yokohama parada spec 2 are super grippy in the dry,dodgy in wet,but they are semi slick in design,not as extreme as 888s but cheaper..

Have you had much experience of these? How do they compare to other makes you have tried?
wear rate? noise? on limit characteristics?

Any info would be good, I was thinking about Hankook RS2's, these might be another option.

Am i the only one who thinks yoko pradas are pants.........

I have 17" 888,s and think they are great....also have a set of 16" alloys which are having the Ears Motorsport tyres fitted to try at Silverstone next year.A mate uses them on an integra type r and rates them highly..

yoko pradas good if its totally dry devil tyres if its wet as i found out on a few track days iv done this year in my 160 bhp caged saxo

what semi slicks would you recommend purely fast road use? and what compound? soft? medium?

never tried them before, may try them out on my weekend car.

I cant see them lasting overly long, ie they will overheat in a seesion

I run RS 2's on my Spec C - I dont mind them although fairly comparable to the bridgestone G3's I run beforehand? My rating isnt everything though of course.

I have friends who run them on their EVO's and a friend running them on his integra and they love them to the point they get on my nerves

As a budget type tyre i guess they get a vote from me as well - Myself personally will be trying something different when they need to be changed - Have always fancied the R888

Oh and for a massive plus on the RS2's - they have taken me over 8000 miles so far and a track day and have loads of life left in them!

I have no real conclusion - maybe that says something???
