Could someone please tell me what year the 2 pot rear calipers changed to a different size?

The reason im asking is that i want to fit a set of 2 pots to my classic and i have sourced a set from a Scoobynet member ....however the fella says the calipers were brand new in march this year but i heard before that the newage calipers off the 2008 sti impreza dont fit the classic's, even with the Godspeed bracket kit?
Could anyone tell me up to what year the 2 pot rear calipers are the same, and how do i tell if the calipers are off the new model impreza? And what ones will fit the classic?

You either need the MY01 to 07 WRX rear calipers , or the same year Brembo's if your fitting these , the black MY08 brembo rear calipers wont fit
