Default Federal 595 RS-R's has anyone tried em?

Hi all just found the above on the tinternet and wondered if anyone has used them or got them or know anything about them really , i.e are they any good , wet/dry/moist all the usual tyre threads "Q"s ,

i'm looking at 215/45/17's and came across them , they seem a good price a read quite well ,

My mate had a set not long ago, didnt last very long.
Very soft rubber but good in the dry. He said it was like running super glue round his rims
I prefer a few miles out of my tyres

Ah thought as much fella , i'm on yoko ps2's at the mo and the wear aint half bad really , still a good looking tyre though .
