Default Brake problem

Hi on my 06 plate hawkeye when i reverse i get a clunking from my front brakes.This happens all the time took it back to the garage they said they had fixed it.But i'm still getting the clunk i'ts as if the brake shoes are 5-8mm from the disk's .Has aybody had this problem.

It sounds as though the pads are slightly undersize so move in the caliper , get it checked out to make sure .
