Question 4 POT Front Brembos

Does anyone know if you can/where to buy brackets to change a Brembo Front Caliper to fit a Impreza MY94??

Thanks

They fit straight on. Just make sure they clear your wheels

Just add another problem they are from a Mitsi FTO and the brackets are wrong. The Bolt holes are 1 inch out

ah, ok. You'll need a custom bracket making up in that case.

Default 4 pot brembo caliper

If it is the same as the standard FTO caliper that was made by sumitomo you will have difficulty getting it to fit. When i eventually finished my mock up of the same calipers the disc diameter was around 355mm. the problem i had then was how much of the pad was touching disc surface. The maximum rotor size that fitted inside the caliper housing was 308mm.

hope that helps

I thought all Brembo 4 Pot Calipers were the same and it was just the Brackets that were different????????????
Does anyone know if the 4 Pot Brembo calipers are the same for all cars
I also thought that Subaru / Mitsubishi shared some parts which included calipers on earlier models, maybe I am wrong

none of the Mitsi/Subaru calipers cross to each other - even when similiar looking there are very specific fitting differences between them which means they are specific to model...................
Brembo as a company make hundreds of caliper options (same as AP, Alcon, etc.), often you can make them fit something else but can be more work than its worth unless radial mount calipers which are rare on factory cars
