I used to run 30fr 28rr until I had coil overs fitted. Now I've uped them to 33fr 30rr.
Works for me but everyone will have their preference.....

I'm running 32psi all round on the MY01's and did the same on the 16's
not sure if this is good or bad, but car seems quite happy with it, though might change things after the AWD alignment and bumpsteer that I'm doing at the weekend.

In my car (MY200) works well 34-35 fronts, 29-30 rears for the winter, on the other hand I prefer the oversteer thus I always use more than 4-5 psi up the fronts with 215/40/17.
