I've got a '96 Legacy wagon, and it has a clunk from the rear near side. I'm looking for a set of used struts from a lower milage car. Legacy parts are thin on the shelves, so I'd like to know if Imprezza struts would fit. Any help will be gratefully received.TIA

shocks will fit but you might need to used the old shock mounting and as for height we dont know if its the same

If i remember correctly on the early model years the legacy and impreza share the same strut and only the spring rate changes. When i had to change mine as i bent the bottom of one of mine they were listed as the same part.
