take the lid off the master cylinder
loosen the bleed nipple slightly on the first brake
(doesnt matter which)
wait.....until fluid comes out steadily (not spitting or spurting)
tighten bleed nipple
check theres enough fluid in the master cylinder, then repeat for any other brakes you're playing with
make sure master cylinder is full wen yer done
jobs a good 'un

T add to above:
All you need is a length of tubing that fits over the bleed nipple, a ring spanner to undo the bleed nipple, a clean jar/glass and the fluid.
Have an assistant sit in the car. Loosen bleed nipple. Tell assistant to depress brake pedal to floor slowly and evenly, then hold it there. Once it's there, retighten bleed nipple. DO NOT overtighten
Tell assistant to release brake pedal slowly and evenly.
Keep doing this until no more bubbles appear, and brake fluid looks clean.
After every two strokes of pedal, check, and if necessary, top-up brake master cylinder. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL SUCK AIR IN AT THAT END AND UNDO ALL YOUR GOOD WORK
Do each brake in this order:
Rear n/s, rear o/s, front n/s, front o/s.
DO NOT allow brake fluid to come into contact with car bodywork, and DO NOT allow any to STAY in contact for very long, with nicely painted calipers. Also, keep it off the pads/discs

to makes life much easier, I'd say alternate between your normal fluid and ATE Super Blue Racing Brake Fluid Dot 4 between bleeds.
eurocarparts sell it for cheap, not only its a good fluid, but its blue.
So?
Normal fluid is yellow... so you know when to stop bleeding once the fluid that comes from the nipple is blue,! Neat.
