Default Inovit Tarmac gunmetal alloys

I was wondering if anyone has any pictures of Inovite Tarmac alloys finished in gunmetal on a classic DBM Impreza. Thinking of changing the standard gold ones for these. Thanks.

I've just put some Tarmac Race's on but they're black with the red lip. Know you said gunmetal but hey you can sort of get an idea. Out of interest you looking at 17s or 18s?

Looking very nice there mate, cheers for that. I was thinking of 17's but not sure to go for 205's or 215 tyres??

17s is probably the best option, you'll only get away with 18s if you've got standard springs and it isn't lowered which is the problem I'm facing at the moment.

thanks, do you think 17's would be better with 205/40/17 or 215/40 or maby 215/45/17 , think the 40's might be a harsher ride?

Personally I would go for the 45 profile, smoother ride and will give a better fill under the arch. If your currently running standard 205/55/16 and go to 215/45/17 your speedo will read 70mph and your actual speed will be 69.27mph which seems the best option.

I have innovite 17in gunmetal tarmacs on my classic 1998 import,They look exactly like the p1 oz's which is the look I wanted.
I say go for it they look good on the classics and fit superbly.

In the nest week or so I am selling my 17" Gunmetal Rota Boost alloys with yoko tyres with 215/40/17 spec.

(They dont come with performance tyres anymore as standard) and these are only 5/6 months old, (with 2 months not being used as car was off the road.)

They look lovely too.

View my scooby and pm if interested.

thanks
