Front Brembos onto 02' WRX, What do I need ?
I have purchased a set of STI gold Brembos to replace the 4 pots on my 2002 WRX. I know I will need the bigger discs, will anything else be required to fit them ? (mounting brackets etc)
Tried a search but just finds loads of stuff to fit rear Brembos onto the classic.

Yes they are different...
If you don't have them I can get you the part number as most dealers look at you with a blank expression when you ask for them I bought some last week and it was a nightmare as no-one had a clue apart from RCMSport what the number was. To make matters worse subaru just list them as 'bolt; which isn't really that helpful, and they look at you like your a tw@t for asking

I have 18" Inovit Redlines at the moment so hoping that they will clear the calipers.
Does anyone make a spacer or bracket to use bigger discs ? I think the STi ones are 330mm (as opposed to the WRX 294mm's) but 356mm would fit under the 18's if there was a way to move the caliper 'outwards' so to speak.
Anyone got any recommendations for a supplier of reasonably priced discs ?

Probably not much point in using bigger discs with the Brembos. I have the 356mm K sport kit which is excellent - if you like the dustbin-lid-behind-the-rims effect.

I'm sure that's a good price for the performance friction discs, but hell would have to freeze over before I spent £500 on any discs !
I can't get my head around the cost of some items. When you take a long hard look at the raw materials used and the cost of the automated production process, the selling price is what they think people will pay, not what it costs to make plus a reasonable profit margin.
I'll do my usual and wait till I see a suitable set on ebay or for sale on the forum, not in any hurry to fit.
