Default Brake disks seized

My new brakes arrived today so after finishing the cleaning that I started yesterday I decided to fit them. Drivers side went fine, no problems whatsoever. When it came to the passenger side though I removed the caliper and when it came to remove the disk it didn`t want to know. I even tried hitting the disk from behind with a hammer but it won`t move at all.

Anyone have any ideas how to get this to come off?

Thanks

Tiny

Give a real good whack ! its just a build up of rust holding it on , when you get them off , clean up the hub face with a wire brush / emery cloth and WD 40 to make sure its perfectly clean for the new discs to sit correctly , a bit of copper slip on there wouldn't hurt .
