Anyone know where I can get a 18" space saver spare from for a 2005 STi, also any idea of price ?

Cheers

I think its still a 17" spare. 135/70/17 IIRC. Presume its a 114.3 PCD which will be harder to source s/h ?£25, you could try ringing around Scooby specialists, last resort would be main dealer £££.

Thanks, but the reason I asked about an 18" wheel was because I am running 18's on the car so I am asuming I need the same size spare?

No, as your tyre on the space saver will be rather on the thick side height ways. As you have probably noticed the bigger the wheel you have the thinner the tyre profile. Therefore you should have close to the same circumference.

Yes as jpor says, 135/70/17, 225/45/17, 225/40/18 are all about the same diameter. Only caveat is if you have monster front brakes ie AP355mm and then the 17" spare won't fit. In the event of a front puncture you'd have to put 17" spare on rear then move rear wheel to front. I don't think there is any such thing as an 18" space saver.
