brake disc wear???

Default brake disc wear???
How do i tell if my front discs need replacing, there is a bit of a lip on them but how much can there and should there be, thanks Aaron

They are 30mm thick when new , and have a minimum thickness of 28mm , so if they have a lip on the outside edge of the discs , they are about done
