Would just like a few opinions on what people think are the best tyres for an impreza.

I've got a UK turbo terzo with P1 17" wheels currently with 205/45/17's and want to change to 215's so what tyres do you reckon are my best bet. Dont put budget's on my car only the higher end tyres.

The general opinion is that Goodyear GSD3s are the top tyre, but they have moved production to China and may not be the same now. Others worth looking for are Toyo T1-Rs or Vredstein Sessantas.

Goodyear have a new tyre out called the Asymmetric which I've heard a few good things about, but not sure if they're readily available yet.

 

Wife has GSD3's on her wagon and I have Michelin Pilot Sport 2's on mine. I prefer the Michelin's personally as the don't wear as fast, but they're both superb tyres!!

4 sets of F1s on Imprezas with no problem. Awesome tyre, amazing grip in the wet. Not that expensive considering the grip....

 

Thanks for the opinions. Goodyear and michelin seem to be the obvious choice here and had them in mind myself so looks like it'll be either of them.
