https://www.scoobynet.com/private-sa...ts-2-pots.html

Just bought the above rear brakes, they are to go on my 93 RA - will they fit straight on or do I need a bracket to fit them.

you will need the 290mm discs from a bugeye to go with them , and the pads , and the bracket kit we make , I can supply any of the bits you need , let me know what and i'll give you a total price

Are these off a Type R? If so, what year? Are they standard Subaru, not Brembo?

the type R calipers are the same as the 2001 onwards WRX but the discs are different as the handbrake is larger on the type R , just for reference

These were from my Type R.

I belive that you need either new discs - as Ian said from a later WRX, or as an alternative I think that Ian can supply you with new 'increased diameter' shoes to allow for the larger drums (if you want to use my discs). You'll also need the adaptor brackets that Ian sells and new pads. Hope they all go on okay. I'm sure Ian can point you in the right direction.

A big thanks to Ian too for his advise about the rear Brembo setup on my Type R.

Regards

Graham

P.S. Hope the Mrs and new delivery is okay
