Does it fit? I know the Volk TE37 18in in 48mm offset will NOT FIT over those Brembos.

They are on the STI car at the AutoSalon.

One would assume that they would likely fit.

Wink

Just quietly, it seems you can go to 43 on the new car (but don't hold me responsible for any "after effects" ). I have 48s on my Legacy (with skinny wheel wells) and no contact (at std ride height, or track days too).

A couple of cars I have seen here have had VERY aggresive tyre/wheel packages that REALLY fill those big arches/wheel wells - and have a huge footprint too (big bucks indeed).

The STI wheel (also from Rays) will clear them too (according to the STI site).

Take a look at the Prova wheel too - big money but I hear they are excellent. http://www.jprova.co.jp/parts/wheel.html

Cheers

Have a look at www.prodrive-japan.com

There are several wheels shown there, some of which fit the 01MY STi cars.

Regards

Tks for the replies. I won't be surprised if an ET43 wheel in 7.5in width can fit. Those flares are huge and certainly look like they're capable of holding wheels pushed out another centimeter.

The cars in the auto salons may use spacers on their wheels. They're all for the "show look" anyway, so I'd be careful before using them as a firm guide.

Pete: you have mail.
