What's the disc surface like? Totally flat (good) or worn, lipped (bad)? If the brakes are seizing with good condition discs, then the problem is with the pistons/pins. Maybe a bit of use will free them off in that case.
Or are you taking about if you leave the car for a while after it's been raining and the pads are seized to the disc?

car was left outside for 2 and a 1/2 weeks in wet weather, discs are fine but you can see pad deposits on them,i i use them the noise/klunk goes away but if left standing and set off again you can feel/hear pads sticking to discs then releasing-strange,likely pads seizing to discs i think

I get that a lot in wet weather, nothing to worry about. A bit of normal usage with clean the discs up.
Do you have non standard pads? Uprated 'fast road' pads have more metal in them to cope with the higher temps. My DS2500's stick to my Ap's almost solid after a day or two, engine power is needed to unstick them.

I get this problem on my MY99 every time I wash the car. It only happens to my rears though, I have Black Diamond cross drill and grooved on the front and they are fine. I garage my car when I'm not using it, however, if I was to leave it out in the rain I am pretty sure the same thing would happen. When I clean the car I always go for a quick blast and this dries them off nicely and it's never a problem next day. It's nothing to worry about, just a bit of a pain.
