MY2001 17" Alloys anyone with problems

Just a general question, did or does anyone have a isue with the WRX 17' alloys, ie them being sft and easily marked with brake dust.
I claen mine all the time with soap and the odd time with Wonder Wheels, but are still marked in the corners anyone else with the same problem???
