Default MY07 WRX Alloys

I have a MY07 WRX and would like some new alloys, want to stay with 17" one's and have been told that the Hawkeye's have a different stud pattern or pitch that the blobeye etc. This confuses me when I see some for sale that say they will fit a MY01 - 07 ? Is it just the Hawkeye STi thats different ?
What is my wheels width etc ?
Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Shows how ignorant some people are , but generally STI Hawkeye 5x114.3 mm and 8x17 IIRC The WRX is still 5x100mm and 7x17 I think. Earlier cars are 5x100 mm and 7.5x17 for an STI and 7x17 for a WRX.

WATCH OUT FOR THE OFFSET, USE A SCOOBY SPECIALIST IF WORRIED !

Or a seriously switched on wheel dealer.... Hope this helps

Standard Blob STi is 53mm, AFAIK they are all the same. 18" PFF7s are 51mm and are OK, I have a spare set of wheels (225/40/18) that are 45 mm and just catch the rubber strips in the Blob wheel arches, just OK with strip removed.

Not sure on the width but the wheels you need are 5x100, offset 48.
Have you found any (lighter) wheels to replace with?
I am thinking of doing the same but haven't decided whether to stay with the 17" or go 18". For better all round driving 17" would be better I believe.

I have just fitted a set of OZ Superleggera 18"x7. 5x100pcd. 45mm Offset. to my MY06 WRX Sportwagon. I was worried about the Offset as I took a risk and bought them off of Ebay. I was only worried about caliper clearance but no problem. It is a little closer but I checked all the way round and plenty of clearance. If I have any problems I will put either a 3mm spacer or 5mm. It looks awesome. If I can figure out how to put a picture up I will. I also have Prodrive Suspension for reference. Just to be clear not all wheels of 45mm Offset will clear I took a risk on this. And I may not be able to fit the big brakes I want later on!
