Goodyear Eagle F1
Have just ordered 4 Goodyear F1 Eagles GSD3 XL's for my WRX
The outgoing Bridgestone RE050's are still (Just) legal and have covered 30,000 miles.
Can I expect similar mileage from the Goodyear's?
And will they handle/Ride noticeably differently?

One of the best tyres I've ever used, Had 4 sets now, Fantastic in the dry and amazing in the wet. I had 25.000 out of the last set I had.
It says something when the old bill use them on there traffic cars!!
I've tried Toyo T1S's and would never touch them again. Took ages to scrub in nearly 4000 miles before it felt comfortable to really push the car and they were not very nice in the wet, standing water was bording on dangerous.

I changed from the original RE050s to GSD3s. The biggest change is the reduction in road noise. Grip in the wet is also excellent (no probs driving through a monsoon this morning!)

I've used GSD3s in all 3 of my scoobys...Great grip wet or dry. Their particular strength in tests was wet weather grip. A newer version is available in some sizes. Bob
