Default Painting wheels

Not the outside, the inside.........the bit that is BEHIND the spokes, and the inner rim.

Mine, ('03 plate WRX alloys in gunmetal), are quite mucky and starting to corrode. I've tried to get them clean, but the metal isn't smooth and holds muck.

Meanwhile, I took one of my eldest's Wolfrace alloys to a tyre place yesterday for a puncture repair, and noticed that HIS are painted grey inside. I was thinking of doing mine Smoothrite silver. is there any reason NOT to? I mean real reasons, not stuff like "it'll look gay"
