Will 53 plate brakes (the one's with subaru on the front of them) fit right on to the discs of a uk 2000 My96 or are the discs the wrong size?

Please help?

the discs need changing as well , the discs you have now are 277mm , the discs to use with the subaru 4 pots are 294mm
