Depends how confident you are with brakes.

If you are a bit handy, you could remove them and take them to a specialist, (yellow pages, Godspeed etc) for refurbishment. If you are a lot handy, visit your dealer or a factor and strip and refurb the calipers yourself.

Three tips: 1. Loosen the banjo bolt holding the flexible brake pipe to the caliper BEFORE removing caliper. Retighten just enough to stop it leaking.

2. Soak caliper bolts with WD40 overnight before attempting to remove them. The caliper bolts pass therough the backplate from the rear, and are tappped into the caliper. They are NOT the ones holding the caliper together.

3. Clip molegrips or a proper brake pipe clamp onto the flexible brake pipe before finally removing it from the caliper, to avoid loss of too much brake fluid. Bleeding is then dead easy. I've recently changed my rear calipers and only had to bleed the rears.
