Question Rear brake pad fitting

What/how is the best way to push back the piston on the rear caliper of a 94 wrx? Do I need a fancy piston pushing thingy!

You can use water pump pliers, aka slip jointed pliers.

Alternatively, a piece of wood will lever it back.
