Now i have my car on the road, and i have covered nearly 1000 miles since Saturday i can tell you all how good my breaks feel

They are very responsive and sharp

To acheve this result i fitted braided lines upgraded my break fluid to dot 5.1
I done all this after re painting my calipers.
The only thing is, the cheap crappy lucas pads fade quite quickly, so once they wear out ill be replacing them with maybe mintex 1166

Thats great that they feel a lot better in terms of initial bite.....but why wait and change the pads.....surely if you know they fade, you are risking the chance of not being able to stop properly?

When i say they fade, i dont mean not work at all, the initial bite goes, its like the old rubber hoses are back on, if you follow me...?
