NSR pad keeps wearing out

NSR pad keeps wearing out
I have had my MY99 Turbo for a year in that time the NSR brake pads have continued to wear out faster than the OSR, first time they went I had them done under warranty with the dealer. They have checked the calipers twice since then and say everything is O.K.
but looking at them today the pad thickness NSR is at least 3-4mm thinner than the OSR.
What is going on, could it be the disks, they look O.K. do I need a second opinion and if there is something wrong with the calipers what am I looking at to get them fixed?
