Jap Imports

Hi,

Just going to order 2 Rear Tyres for my scoob and i notcied i got 235/45/17 Bridgestone RE070 on the Rear and 225/45/17 on the front!!!


I want to get the RE070's again as i like them much better than the avon, but i am now confussed what tyre size i should be running. I thought the 235's where on my car from new, but i went to order the tyres and they said i should be running 225 all round.

I can get the RE070's for £105.75 each inc vat and fitting!!

235/45/17 on a JDM, UK has 225/45/17. I would stick with 235/45/17.

That's what I'll put on when my RE070's wear down and I have a UK MY07.

JDM was 225/45/17 until going to wider PCD, tehn it was 235/45/17.

That's the first Ihave heard of 225 front and 235 back. I have always known scoobs to run the same size all round.

On my spec-c they were 235x45x17 070 I took them off and put them onto a spare set of rims that I have for trackdays and replaced them with toyo R888 235x45x17 but to be honest even tho the R888's are a cracking tyre on track I found the bridgestones better.
