Question What size are the bolts on the calipers on my yr2000classic?

I am going to replace my front discs soon and am not sure I have the right size socket, anyone know the size of the caliper retaining bolts? Many Thanks.

Default

19mm on Blob STi. Dunno size on Subaru 4 pot but I'd guess it was 17 or 19 mm, certainly no bigger than 19mm. Usually tight and easiest way to get off is a ring spammer and club hammer rather than a socket. Most spanner and socket sets include these as standard sizes.

Thumbs up

Thanks for that,

they turned out to be 17mm, and yes they were tight and yes the ring spanner/lump hammer combination did the job!
