Brembo Brakes
Do brembo brakes and discs (5x100 pcd) from a new age fit a classic sti 6?
Has anyone done this, and if so, any comments?

I've just done this upgrade... Paul's right, I had to change my wheels to a 42p offset. If you have a STi coupe with the R180 diff the rear brembo's should bolt on without adaptors, although I did need custom braided brake hoses.
One thing I haven't seen anyone talking about is the additional weight of the Brembo caliper/ disc combo... I can feel the resistance in changing direction and the slowed reaction over bumps... I will be changing to DBA two piece rotors to reduce the unsprung weight as soon as I can.
Overall braking feel and power is a big improvment over the STi 4-Pot and STi 2-Pot combo...

It's an sti wagon, and I'm just interested in the fronts at the moment.
I have 17" alloys already, not sure what the offset is.
I'm defo gonna look into this upgrade seriously as it does seem a cost effective way of upgrading from the standard sti 4 pots, without going the whole hog (circa £1500) of a big brake kit from the likes of ap/stoptech etc.
What size discs will the new brembo calipers accommodate?
Are dba discs a good solution?
