Question Vibration/squeaking from rear brakes?

Quite loud squeaking/vibration when I first pull away in the mornings and after the car's been standing for a few hours. Noise goes away when I slightly press the brake pedal and is OK after a few minutes driving.

Left the handbrake off last night and car still made the same noise this morning.

Does it just need some grease on the brake calipers or could this be a sign of something else?
