a lot of talk about prodrive settings for the suspension?

what actually are they? What would be a good fast road application?

For 03 STI: -

Standard settings: -
Front Camber -0°30’ (±0°45’)
Front Toe 0±3 mm (0±0.12 in) Each toe angle: ±0°07’30”
Rear Toe 0±3 mm (0±0.12 in) Each toe angle: ±0°09’

PD Settings: -
Set the tyre pressures to:
Front 2.3 bar (33psi)
Rear 2.1 bar (31psi)
Set the geometry to:
Front Camber -1°15’ (-1.25°)
Rear Camber not designed to be adjustable
Front Toe Total 0°00’ (0.00°)
Rear Toe 0°06’ (0.1°) per wheel toe in [0°12’ (0.2°) total toe in]

Prodrive geo settings are the same for MY03-05 WRX and STi.
