Default New Wheels damaged

Just collected my replacement wheels from the shop that was replaced under warranty due to etching under the laquer . 3 rims was replaced with new and one was said to be ok . Opened the old wheel at the shop to check it and all ok so loaded the 3 brand new ones all wrapped in plastic and cardboard into the car without checking them . Just opened one and found damage to the spokes checked another and thats the same , not opened the last one as there are marks on the packing of that one , how the hell do you now prove that you have'nt done it ! cause they had'nt checked them either when they was delivered to the shop on the 17th .
