Default HELP!Brake fade and vibration!!!

Ive just fitted a set of mintex 1155 pads and tarox grooved discs to the front of my oe 2pot calipers, the pads were properly bed in for 300 miles, upon hard braking im getting alot of vibration, and after approx 5 - 6 hard stops/ heavy braking the brakes start to fade and dont stop the car very well...any suggestions?? cheers

1155 would normally be bedded after a number of hard 'snubs' rather than high miles, you may have glazed them by being too gentle??
also when you say fade exactly what symptoms are you getting??

after constant hard braking it feels as though the pads are not grabbing the disc as hard as they should do and my stopping distance is increased, i dont think the pads are glazed as ive done several hard stops this should have cleared any glazing im assuming...maybe the brake fluid is boiling or the brake pipes are expanding as they are stock items but the vibration is fairly violent....

What do the surfaces of the discs look like. A smeared appearance would suggest pad deposits from overheating and will certainly cause vibration.

dics are as new, no warping, blue marks or pad deposits, thats why im so puzzled, there was no vibration with the o.e. pads and discs...

You must have some run out on the new discs. Need to check them with a dial gauge. Were all the faces nice and clean when you put it back together.

Perhaps the zinc has bonded onto the pads surface and causing strange issues? I would take them out and clean them up with some rough sandpaper.
Have you checked your wheel bearings as if they are loose it will cause brake vibrations.
