Lipped discs = Squeel???
Had my pads replaced 1k ago. They did not squeek at 1st now they do. My discs have a lip on them. Could the worn discs cause squeel??

Unlikely. More like they place that replaced the pads didn't put copper grease on thge backs, or refitted the anti-squeal shims/springs wrong, or even lost them.
If it bothers you, take the calipers off and remove the lip with a large file while turning the disc, or even remove the disc to do it. File at 45 degrees to avoid damage to the braking surface.
