How do you adjust the handbrake on MY05 WRX?

How do you adjust the handbrake on MY05 WRX?
Just got car back from service and when I pull on handbrake to normal position car rolls back slightly on incline. If its easy to do will do it myself to save hassle taking car back. Can it be done from inside car or do I need to grovel underneath?
, it's to do with the handbrake drum mechanism i think..
